Yes, great customer service and great product, highly recommended! I received my doll in a very short period of time. She was carefully packed. The inside of the box was exactly as I imagined. I took her out of the box as shown on YouTube, put her together, dressed her and sat her across from me. My first thought was, “She’s fantastic, so cute!” She is medium weight and very well made. Her limbs work well.
